Contract Manufacturing

To original equipment manufacturers, our manufacturing division offers a wide range of manufacturing solutions for making custom-engineered components and finished products at our ISO certified facilities in China. These manufacturing processes include Plastic Injection Molding; Metal Stamping and Deep Drawn; Metal Castings, Forging and Machining, and Turn-Key Project. When your drawings, specifications or samples are received, both our US and China based engineers will be assigned to your project from tooling, prototyping to final product. At each manufacturing stage, our engineers work with factories to ensure quality control procedures are properly implemented and the specification is 100% in compliance. Each component or product will go through our final inspection and testing before shipping. It usually takes about 30-45 days to make samples and 60-75 days to deliver the first shipment after samples approved.
